Working with Brenda to purchase our new home was a great experience and I highly recommend her. Brenda is a consummate professional, but also really down to earth and no-nonsense. She patiently toured us through many homes, listening to us, getting to know our wants and needs, answering our questions and offering advice without trying to pressure us to panic buy. She was always quick to respond to texts, email and phone calls and proactively reached out to keep us informed of new listings, sales and market trends. She vigorously negotiated on our behalf, worked collaboratively with our lawyer through the transaction and saw us through closing, the final walk through and handover of keys making sure that everything was in order and we were satisfied with our purchase. Brenda was an absolute pleasure to work with. I could not recommend her more. She is very honest and extremely hard-working. Both invaluable qualities to have as a realtor. You never have to ask for updates or information because she is always on top of it. She makes sure her clients are cared for and protected. As her client, you can take comfort in the fact that she will be there every step of the way and will advocate for you whenever necessary. She is extremely knowledgeable and always ready to help.
