Brenda made me change my opinion about most realtors. She is sincerely committed to the needs of those she represents and WILL find you the best deal possible.Brenda gives you her opinion in a sincere yet polite manner and helps you see the reality of the market.We met her when we were buying a condo. If there is a hidden gem out there she will find it for those she represents.We were so impressed with her work that we used her services again when we sold the condo (I had to move to a different city for work) and we were not surprised when it sold fast and for a very good price.I recommend Brenda’s service. Working with Brenda to purchase our new home was a great experience and I highly recommend her. Brenda is a consummate professional, but also really down to earth and no-nonsense. She patiently toured us through many homes, listening to us, getting to know our wants and needs, answering our questions and offering advice without trying to pressure us to panic buy. She was always quick to respond to texts, email and phone calls and proactively reached out to keep us informed of new listings, sales and market trends. She vigorously negotiated on our behalf, worked collaboratively with our lawyer through the transaction and saw us through closing, the final walk through and handover of keys making sure that everything was in order and we were satisfied with our purchase.
