Brenda was lovely to work with when purchasing our home. She is direct and to the point and doesn't like playing any games, which I really appreciated. She is honest, doesn't hide anything, and will always go to bat for her clients in any situation. The client is always her main priority and she will do everything she can to make sure that whoever she is working with is taken care of. Working with Brenda to purchase our new home was a great experience and I highly recommend her. Brenda is a consummate professional, but also really down to earth and no-nonsense. She patiently toured us through many homes, listening to us, getting to know our wants and needs, answering our questions and offering advice without trying to pressure us to panic buy. She was always quick to respond to texts, email and phone calls and proactively reached out to keep us informed of new listings, sales and market trends. She vigorously negotiated on our behalf, worked collaboratively with our lawyer through the transaction and saw us through closing, the final walk through and handover of keys making sure that everything was in order and we were satisfied with our purchase. Brenda made me change my opinion about most realtors. She is sincerely committed to the needs of those she represents and WILL find you the best deal possible.Brenda gives you her opinion in a sincere yet polite manner and helps you see the reality of the market.We met her when we were buying a condo.
