Brenda is awesome to work with. Very straight shooter. Tells it how it is, even if it's not what you want to hear. Doesn't try to push the most expensive and is quite realistic with what a place is worth and will tell you if your over paying. From the buyers perspective. I also had her sell my house a couple of years back. Great to work with. That's why I called her when I bought again. I do recommend her to family and friends, and will deal with her again.

Working with Brenda to purchase our new home was a great experience and I highly recommend her. Brenda is a consummate professional, but also really down to earth and no-nonsense. She patiently toured us through many homes, listening to us, getting to know our wants and needs, answering our questions and offering advice without trying to pressure us to panic buy. She was always quick to respond to texts, email and phone calls and proactively reached out to keep us informed of new listings, sales and market trends. She vigorously negotiated on our behalf, worked collaboratively with our lawyer through the transaction and saw us through closing, the final walk through and handover of keys making sure that everything was in order and we were satisfied with our purchase.
