      Brenda is awesome to work with. Very straight shooter. Tells it how it is, even if it's not what you want to hear. Doesn't try to push the most expensive and is quite realistic with what a place is worth and will tell you if your over paying. From the buyers perspective. I also had her sell my house a couple of years back. Great to work with. That's why I called her when I bought again. I do recommend her to family and friends, and will deal with her again.

      Brenda Patton helped us find our home many years ago and now she has helped us sell this same home. We are so happy that she was our real estate agent! She always made us feel that we were her number one priority. She put in uncounted hours meeting with us, showing the house, and finally dealing with our buyer. She communicated with us often all throughout the process, even though we were no longer living in Canada. She has a great sense of humor, great common sense, and lives up to her word.       So, Brenda...where do I begin. Straight shooter, buyer's interest at heart, ethical, understanding, extremely experienced, and a 110% solid human and professional with whom I recommend going through what can become a stressful and overwhelming experience. We are new to YEG an had an unfortunate experience with a realtor who seemed to be acting more on behalf of the seller than ourselves and wasn't prepared to negotiate without us having to really push for it.
